Our Hot Yoga classes are 60 minutes long. They consist of 2 breathing exercises and a series of poses incorporating balance, strength and flexibility. These classes are done in a heated room of 105-108 degrees. These classes are not Bikram Yoga and our studios are not Bikram affiliated. We offer four studios for rental: three within our NE Killingsworth location and one in SE Hawthorne location. Rental Prices range from $25-$45 per hour depending on studio size.
